AAKK Bureau Room, Online Student News - The Head of the Administration, Academic & Cooperation Bureau of State Islamic University (UIN) Jakarta, Dr. Hj Sri Ilham Lubis, Lc., M.Pd., welcomed the arrival of parties from Bank Mega Syariah in the AAKK Bureau room on Monday (10/2/2025). Her arrival aimed to symbolically hand over the Generasi Berkah scholarship organized by Bank Mega Syariah. 

Sri was accompanied by the Head of Student Administration, Farida Andriani, S.E., M.M. While the Bank Mega Syariah party who attended, namely the Acting Branch Manager of Bank Mega Syariah Ciputat, Sari, accompanied by Radit. The recipients of the Generasi Berkah Mega Syariah scholarship were also there.

Sari said, the scholarship is intended for students who have passed a rigorous selection process. Until finally, the announcement of scholarship recipients was made in December 2024.

Sari continued, the symbolization was for Bank Mega Syariah's administrative purposes after the scholarship recipients received a nominal amount of money to pay the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) or as pocket money. In addition, the scholarship recipients were asked to sign a letter of receipt of the scholarship money.

In her remarks as the host, Sri welcomed Bank Mega Syariah and thanked and highly appreciated the Generasi Berkah Mega Syariah scholarship program. She also prayed for their success.

“Hopefully Bank Mega Syariah will be more advanced and blessed. And both parties, recipients and scholarship organizers get many benefits,” he said.

Noted, as many as six UIN Jakarta students from various faculties received the scholarship. Those students are Hasan Basri from Dirosat Islamiyah Study Program (Prodi), Faculty of Dirosat Islamiyah (FDI), Bagas Febriansyah from Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Nahwa Fitri Nabila from Law Study Program, Faculty of Sharia and Law (FSH), Muhammad Al Irsyad from Sharia Economic Law Study Program, Ali Hanafiah Ritonga from Law Study Program, FHS, and Ahmad Wahyudi from Arabic Language and Literature Study Program (BSA), Faculty of Adab and Humanities (FAH).

Wahyudi expressed his gratitude for the opportunity given by Bank Mega Syariah for him to be one of the scholarship recipients.

“Happy, Alhamdulillah. Moreover, there were many who applied during the scholarship registration. Maybe around hundreds from several universities that partner with Bank Mega Syariah,” Wahyudi said when interviewed on Monday (10/2/2025).

Before this meeting took place, Sari revealed, her party had held a virtual meeting through the Zoom application which presented all Generasi Berkah Mega Syariah scholarship recipients. Not without reason, according to him, it can be used as an expansion of student friendship relationships throughout the universities that work with them.

The meeting was closed with a souvenir in the form of a calendar from Bank Mega Syariah for the AAKK Bureau and Sri's hopes for the scholarship recipients.

“Be more enthusiastic about learning. Continue to improve your achievements. Don't forget to be faithful. Make your parents and the university proud,” Sri concluded that afternoon.
